Within the scope of its activity, Four Seasons Country Club (Propriedades), Sociedade Unipessoal Lda., a single-shareholder private limited liability company with registered office at Avenida André Jordan, Quinta do Lago, 8135-998 Almancil, in the parish of Almancil, municipality of Loulé, district of Faro, with the single commercial registry number 507160533 (“Four Seasons Country Club”) makes available the website at https://www.fourseasonscountryclub.com/ (“Website”).
By accessing the Website, or any data, text, image or video files included therein, the user (“User”) declares to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
The User should not use the Website if they do not agree with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Access to the Website
The User must use the Website in a responsible manner, not disrupting or degrading the integrity of its resources and functionalities, nor making any improper use of it.
Four Seasons Country Club reserves the right to prevent access to the Website to any User who uses it inappropriately or who violates these Terms and Conditions.
Four Seasons Country Club may, at any time, totally or partially suspend the availability of the Website and access to it, particularly for management, maintenance or repair operations.
Four Seasons Country Club may also choose to close, temporarily or permanently, partially or completely, at any time, the Website, without the need to notify any User in advance.
The User is expressly prohibited from using the Website for any purpose other than those for which it is intended, including for any illegal purpose or any purpose which may be harmful to Four Seasons Country Club.
The User is also expressly prohibited from creating or introducing any type of virus that could damage or contaminate the Website.
Finally, the User acknowledges that their use of the Website is at their own risk and that they are solely responsible for any damage caused to their computer systems or equipment, particularly those resulting from viruses that may infect the computer or network of the User.
2. Reservations
The User will be able to book accommodation at the tourist resort managed by the Four Seasons Country Club located at Avenida André Jordan, Quinta do Lago, 8135-998 Almancil (“Resort”) through the Website.
The rules regarding reservations set out in this section only concern reservations made through the Website. If you do not wish to make a reservation through the Website, please contact us through the following channels:

(a) Booking
To book an accommodation at the Resort, the User must fill out the form included on the Website under “Book Online”, indicating the arrival date and departure date, the number of villas they wish to book and the number of adult guests and of child guests per villa. Reservations made through the Website are subject to confirmation of availability by Four Seasons Country Club.
To complete the booking, the User must also enter their full name, email address, telephone number and address, as well as the payment method and, if applicable, the relevant bank card details.
The User is responsible for obtaining the necessary documentation to enter Portuguese territory. Four Seasons Country Club is not responsible for the refusal by the competent authorities of documentation necessary to enter Portuguese territory, namely, border control authorities.
The User is also responsible for communicating to Four Seasons Country Club any specific details relating to their reservation, such as the existence of dietary restrictions for guests, if they wish to have their meals at the Resort.
(b) Rate and deposit
The rate applicable to the reservation will be calculated automatically by the Website taking into account the selected dates, the selected villas and the number of guests.
The User must pay the amount indicated in the reservation form available on the Website, to guarantee the booking under the desired conditions.
When booking via the Website, Four Seasons Country Club reserves the right to:
(a) Request full payment for the accommodation at the time of booking; or
(b) Request full payment for the accommodation, four weeks prior to arrival date.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the rate displayed on the Website for each reservation includes the taxes legally due, with the exception of the municipal tourist tax, if applicable. Taxes will be calculated depending on the services contracted by the User.
The credit card indicated at the time of booking will be requested at check-in, if necessary, for the purpose of payment of the remaining price of the stay.
(c) Discounts and promotional codes
Four Seasons Country Club reserves the right to apply discounts to User reservations made through the Website. The application of a discount in relation to a booking does not entitle the User to discounts, in any amount, on future bookings.
(d) Changing the reservation
The User may change their reservation, as long as they inform Four Seasons Country Club at least 48 hours in advance, through the following channels:

Changing the reservation may imply payment of the difference in rate in relation to dates, villas and number of guests.
Changing the reservation less than thirty days in advance is subject to the prior agreement of Four Seasons Country Club and may entail the payment of additional fees.
(e) Cancelling the reservation
Cancellation of the reservation by the User, up to four weeks before the departure date, will result in the loss of the Deposit paid at the time of reservation.
Cancellation of the reservation by the User, less than four weeks before the arrival date, will result in the loss of the total payment amount.
(f) Non arrival
If the User does not arrive at the Resort within 24 hours after 11:59 pm on the check-in date, Four Seasons Country Club reserves the right to disregard the reservation, unless the User provides additional information about the new check-in date by that time, within the original reservation dates.
Four Seasons Country Club is not responsible for disregarding the reservation under the terms set out above.
3. Member accounts
Members of Four Seasons Country Club will have access to exclusive user accounts in the Members Area of the Website.
In order to access the Members Area, the Member must register on the Website, using the form available therein. For this purpose, the following personal data will be requested from the Member:
(a) Full name;
(b) E-mail address;
(c) Mobile phone number;
(d) Telephone number;
(e) Complete address; and
(f) Member Number.
If you do not have access to your Member Number, we ask that you contact Four Seasons Country Club through the following channels:

The Member must maintain the confidentiality of their access data to the Member Area of the Website. If you detect use by unauthorized third parties of your Member account, you must immediately contact Four Seasons Country Club through the channels mentioned in this section.
Four Seasons Country Club is not responsible for damages that may occur due to the use by a third party of the Member's exclusive access data to the Member Area, when these have been shared voluntarily by the latter.
Four Seasons Country Club reserves the right, if deemed necessary, to cancel your account and exclusive access to the Member's Area of the Website.
4. Intellectual property
The content included on the Website, including designs, trademarks, logos, text, photography, audio materials and video materials, is the exclusive property of Four Seasons Country Club, unless otherwise indicated by reference to its source, and is protected by national and international legislation on intellectual property protection.
The copying, alteration, reproduction, display, dissemination or use of the contents of the Website, in any form or purpose, without the express authorization of Four Seasons Country Club, or the authors of each content, when they are duly identified, is expressly prohibited.
5. Law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Portuguese law. The User accepts the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts to resolve any conflict arising from or related to the Terms and Conditions.
6. Amendments to the terms and conditions
Four Seasons Country Club reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.
Any changes will be published on the Website.
